Based in the Firm’s Hong Kong office, Ms. Lee will also head up the development of the Chinese Enterprise sector for Greater China. The setting up of the Financial Officers Practice is aimed at helping companies address growing complexities in financial management, M&A, public listing, as well as their compliance with the global financial regulatory environment. Korn/Ferry’s Financial Services expertise has deep functional expertise and relationships with global financial officers and related communities, including investment and commercial bankers, financial regulators and audit professionals. Ms. Lee joins Korn/Ferry from Spencer Stuart where she held leadership roles in addition to building a highly respected search practice over fifteen years. She led both the Financial Officers and Insurance practices in Asia Pacific and headed the Greater China office for a number of years. She holds an M.B.A. from the University of Bradford in England and graduated from the University of London with a degree in statistics and computer science.
