Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:KFY), a premier provider of talent management solutions , today announced the appoinment of Dhruv Prakash as Senior Partner who will lead the Firm’s Leadership and Talent Consulting (L&TC) practice in India. Based in Gurgaon, Mr Prakash will continue to strengthen the L&TC practice and enhance the client franchise across the India market..

Mr. Prakash brings with him over 36 years of extensive and versatile industry experience in the areas of Management Consulting, Financial Services, Corporate Finance, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Chemicals, International Trade and Marketing. Mr. Prakash joins Korn/Ferry from Helion Ventures – a leading venture capital firm, where he served as a Director guiding investment teams to evaluate potential investee companies from a people perspective and working with the portfolio companies on their leadership and talent management strategies and systems.
During his expansive career, Mr Prakash has worked with several esteemed organisations. He was the CEO and full-time director on the Board of DC M Financial Services, CFO of DC M Toyota and held several senior positions at Escorts, HCL and Amar Dye Chem. Thereafter he began his consulting career, where he led the talent consulting practice of an international management consulting firm in India and helped organizations manage change, coach senior management, build high performance cultures, restructure and conduct post-merger integration.
