HONG KONG, September 01, 2009 – Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions , announced that Jimmy Ho has been appointed as Managing Director of its Hong Kong office with effect from September 1st, 2009.
He assumes the role from Mike Bekins, who is regional market leader for Korn/Ferry's Asia Pacific Technology practice, based in Hong Kong.
Mr. Ho joined the firm in 2000 and also remains the Managing Director of Korn/Ferry's Guangzhou office. A Senior Client Partner with the Firm, Mr. Ho led the Hong Kong industrial practice, developed the Pearl River Delta practice and also built the Macau gaming business, as well as opened Korn/Ferry's Guangzhou office in 2007. He has helped clients build up management teams in the industrial products and services sectors, logistics and outsourcing, process and contract manufacturing, as well as oil and gas.
