- Second Office in China to be Awarded Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise (WFOE) Status -
GUANGZHOU , June 16,2009 – Korn/Ferry International (NYSE: KFY ), a premier global provider of talent management solutions , today celebrated the first year anniversary of its Guangzhou operations with an official opening ceremony held at the Westin Guangzhou Hotel.
Led by Jimmy Ho, a senior client partner with Korn/Ferry, the Guangzhou operations started as a representative office in 2007 as part of the Firm’s strategic expansion of its operations in the Greater China Region to better serve clients in the Guangdong Province and across the Pearl River Delta (PRD). In early 2009, the Guangzhou office was awarded Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise (WFOE) status.
