SYDNEY, SINGAPORE, September 24, 2007 – Futurestep, the outsourced recruiting subsidiary of Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:KFY), today announced that it has promoted Ms. Sue Tuffley to head its Australia business. Since 2006, Sue has co-led the Company's Australia country operations, helping it achieve 70 percent growth and record margins across all product offerings. In her new role, Sue will lead all service lines and continue to build on Futurestep's reputation as a leading recruitment solutions company in Australia.

Before joining Futurestep in May, 2000, Sue worked for over a decade in various global consulting and operational roles with a major Australian human resource consultancy. Her earlier career was in the health arena in Australia and the U.K. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Queensland, a Post Graduate Diploma from Cumberland College of Health Sciences and an Executive M.B.A. from the Australian Graduate School of Management, University of New South Wales.
