Lead Recruitment Process Outsourcing Strategy in the Asian Markets -

SINGAPORE, June 13, 2007 – Futurestep, the outsourced recruiting subsidiary of Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:KFY), today announced that it has appointed Mr. James Bostock as Managing Director, ASEAN. Based in Singapore, James is responsible forthe development of allFuturestepservice lines and major accounts across ASEAN as well as the Company’s recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) initiatives throughout Asia.

Prior to joining Futurestep, Mr. Bostock spent ten years with PricewaterhouseCoopers/IBM Consulting. There, he worked across Asia, Europe and Australia leading global project teams to successfully deliver the spectrum of IBM service lines to major accounts. He held roles in practice management, engagement management and program/project management before being appointed Leader in ASEAN and South Asia focusing on supply chain systems implementation. During his tenure he supported complex global and regional transformation programs which included the rollout of enterprise resource planning systems, change managementand outsourcing initiatives. James returned to Asia in 2006 after spending two years working in Europe.

James is a CPA and holds a Masters of Business Technology from the University of New South Wales anda Bachelor of Commerce in Commerce and Law from Griffith University, Queensland.
